ALINA RADU

Born in Romania and based in Berlin since 2013, my journey as an artist is deeply rooted in my passion for sculpture and my love for nature. My works emerge from an instinctual attraction to organic textures, forms, and colors, as well as the simplicity and uniqueness that nature offers. Over time, I developed a unique technique, meticulously preserving elements found in the natural world by embedding them within resin. Through this process, I capture fleeting moments and transform them into lasting statements, revealing both the vulnerability and strength inherent in nature. In my art, I strive to blend the imperfect, often fragile aspects of human nature with the unyielding beauty and detachment of the natural world. Each piece becomes a mosaic of raw honesty, inviting viewers to explore the tension between humanity’s insecurities and nature’s enduring essence. My work is a puzzle of truths—reflecting, at once, the complexity of the human spirit and the serene perfection found in nature.
